Comfy Cats
Our family lives with two cats. One is named Taepyeong and the other is Taeyang. Together they make Taepyeongyang, Pacific Ocean in Korean. I had no prior experience with pets and was not particularly interested in animals. But my son spent three years trying to convince me, and we eventually adopted our cats. I was really worried at first. But my concerns about whether I could take good care of the cats turned out to be unnecessary. Every little thing they do is so adorable. I get a sense of healing just watching them.
My son is an only child, so he doesn’t have many chances to learn about sharing and consideration compared to kids with siblings. But he cares for the cats like they are his younger siblings, showing them love and attention. In that sense, deciding to get cats was definitely the right choice.
