박근혜 전 대통령 지지자 모임이 더불어민주당 이재명 대통령 후보 지지를 선언했다.

김동렬 박근혜 서포터즈 회장은 19일 서울 여의도 민주당 중앙당사에서 기자회견을 열고 “저와 함께 태극기를 들고 생사고락을 함께한 동지들과 함께 이 후보를 공개 지지한다”고 밝혔다.

이날 지지 선언에는 박근혜 서포터즈, 자유대한민국 지키기 운동본부, 정치개혁연대, 국민의힘 책임당원협의회 경기북부본부 등 7개 보수 단체가 참여했다. 이들은 민주당에 입당했고, 김 회장은 민주당 중앙선거대책위원회 전국민화합위원회 상임위원장에 임명됐다.

김 회장은 “12·3 내란사태에 대해 진솔한 사과 없이 권력만을 추구하는 국민의힘에 분노한다”며 “두 전직 대통령 탄핵에 대한 책임을 부정하는 파렴치한 당의 정체성에 환멸을 느꼈다”고 비판했다. 이어 “국민 통합을 실천하려는 이 후보를 지지하게 됐다”고 덧붙였다.

앞서 홍준표 전 대구시장을 지지했던 보수 지지 모임들도 지난 13일 “국민의힘은 더 이상 보수정당이라 부를 자격이 없다”며 이재명 후보 지지를 선언한 바 있다.

A group of supporters formerly aligned with ex-President Park Geun-hye has declared its support for Lee Jae-myung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea (DPK).

At a press conference held on the 19th at the Democratic Party headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, Kim Dong-ryeol, head of the Park Geun-hye Supporters group, announced, “Along with my comrades who once waved the Taegeukgi beside me and shared moments of life and death, we now publicly endorse candidate Lee.”

The declaration was made by a coalition of seven conservative groups, including the Park Geun-hye Supporters, the Movement to Defend the Republic of Korea, the Political Reform Alliance, and the Northern Gyeonggi branch of the People Power Party’s Responsible Members Council. These groups have since joined the Democratic Party. Kim has been appointed as the Standing Chair of the National Unity Committee under the party’s Central Election Campaign Committee.

Kim criticized the People Power Party (PPP), saying, “I am enraged by a party that seeks power without offering a sincere apology for the December 3 insurrection,” and added, “I feel disgusted by a party that shamelessly denies responsibility for the impeachment of two former presidents.”

He emphasized that their decision to support Lee was based on the candidate’s commitment to national unity.

Previously, on the 13th, several conservative groups that had supported former Daegu Mayor Hong Joon-pyo also switched allegiance, stating, “The People Power Party no longer deserves to be called a conservative party,” and declared their support for Lee Jae-myung.

이진우 전 수도방위사령관은 윤석열 당시 대통령이 12.3 비상계엄 상황에서 국회 본회의장에 들어가 “네 명이 한 명씩 들고 나오라”고 지시했다고 증언했다.

그는 증언 당시 “당시에는 기억이 안 났지만, 부관이 3일 뒤 언급해 기억이 났다”고 말했다. 다만 “대통령이 ‘국회의원’이라는 표현을 직접 썼는지는 확실하지 않다”고 밝혔다. 

이 전 사령관은 계엄 전날 밤 “대통령에게 국회해산권이 있는가”를 스마트폰으로 검색한 사실도 인정했다. 군검찰은 ‘쇠지렛대’, ‘국회 해산’, 병력 배치 계획 등이 담긴 문서를 제시하며 계엄 사전 준비 정황을 지적했다.

이 증언은 윤 전 대통령 탄핵 재판에 중대한 영향을 줄 수 있다.

Former Capital Defense Command chief Lee Jin-woo has testified that then-President Yoon Suk-yeol gave direct instructions during the December 3 martial law crisis, allegedly telling military personnel to enter the National Assembly chamber and “have four people each carry one lawmaker out.”

In his testimony, Lee stated, “I didn’t remember it at the time, but my aide mentioned it three days later, and the memory came back.” However, he clarified that he could not confirm whether President Yoon specifically used the term “lawmaker.”

Lee also admitted that, on the night before the declaration of martial law, he had searched on his smartphone whether the president has the authority to dissolve the National Assembly.

Military prosecutors pointed to evidence suggesting premeditated plans for the coup, including documents that referenced crowbars, parliamentary dissolution, and detailed troop deployment plans.

This testimony could have significant implications for the impeachment trial of Yoon.

이에 따라 연소득 1억 원인 사람이 서울에서 주택담보대출을 받을 경우, 대출 한도가 약 1,900만 원 줄어들 것으로 예측된다.

제2금융권과 신용대출까지 포함한 모든 가계대출이 대상이며, 비수도권은 올해 말까지 6개월 유예를 받는다.

고정금리 대출 유도를 위해 혼합형·주기형 주담대의 스트레스 금리 비율도 상향된다.

Household Loan Stress DSR Raised to 1.5% from July; Grace Period for Non-Metropolitan Areas

South Korea’s financial authorities will implement the third phase of the Stress Debt Service Ratio (DSR) regulations starting this July, raising the additional interest rate for household loans to 1.5%. The new rule will be applied across all financial sectors.

Under the revised guidelines, a person earning 100 million won annually will see their mortgage limit in Seoul reduced by approximately 19 million won.

The regulation will apply to all types of household loans, including those from secondary financial institutions and unsecured loans. However, borrowers outside the Seoul metropolitan area will be granted a six-month grace period until the end of this year.

To encourage the adoption of fixed-rate loans, the stress rate applied to mixed and periodic-rate mortgages will also be increased.
