우리 5살 된 둘째 아이는 돌 즈음부터 변비를 앓아왔다.
아이를 키우는 엄마에게 아이가 잘 먹고 잘 자고 잘 사는 것만큼 행복한 것은 없다.
하지만 아이가 잘 싸지 못하니 음식을 잘 먹지 않아서 아 엄마로서 너무 안타까웠다.
그리고 아이가 배에 가스가 차서 불편해 하기도 했다.
변비로 인해서 변이 딱딱해졌고 아이는 변을 볼 때마다 무척 아파했다.
이 때문에 변을 보는 것에 두려움이 생겼다.
변을 참으려고 하는 게 큰 문제였다.
그래서 소아과에 가서 약을 처방받고 6개월 이상 약을 복용했다.
약을 복용한 후에 변이 좀 부드러워져서 배변 시 통증이 줄어들었고 변비가 자연스럽게 낫게 되었다.
지금은 잘 먹고 잘 싸주는 아이에게 감사한 마음뿐이다.

So we visited a pediatrician, got a prescription and took the medicine for over 6 months. The stools became softer after taking the medicine, reducing the pain during bowel movements. The constipation gradually improved.
I am grateful that my child now eats well and has no problem going to the bathroom
