차량 통행이 뇌혈류라고 가정을 해 보자. 

첫째, 고속도로에서  과속하고 있는 차량 한 대가 공사 지점에 충돌하는 바람에 차량 정체가 발생하였다. 

이때 공사장은 죽상경화증을 의미하고 충돌한 차량은 죽상경화반의 파열을 의미한다.

이 드론이 트럭과 부딪히는 바람에 그 트럭이 급정거를 한다.

드론은 혈전을 의미합니다.

뇌경색으로 똑같은 진단을 받더라도 발생 원인에 따라서 그 치료는 완전히 달라질 수 있다.
