I may look slim on the outside, but if you take a closer look, I actually have a skinny fat body type.
Ever since I reached my mid-40s, the phrase follow-up observation recommended has been appearing more often on my health checkup results.
I could no longer put off exercising.
For the first time in my life, I started running for 30 minutes at a time.
At first, I was gasping for air after just five minutes, but within a month, my body had adapted and I was able to run five kilometers.
I even joined a running group made up of working moms.
We run along the Han River together on weekends.
Eventually, I started participating in 5K and 10K races.
