B: Yes, constant review is needed because any errors could require a do-over.

Most teachers are tasked with setting test questions twice per semester for midterms and finals a total of four times a year.
The creative process causes me great pain.
Every time I have to set these questions, I have no choice but to set some really difficult questions to accurately assess the students’ ability.
It always turns me into a mean-spirited person.
Most teachers start setting test questions three weeks ahead of the exams.
We have to submit the final draft at least a week in advance so that the test papers can be printed out.
Students are not allowed in the teacher’s office while the questions are being set due to the risk of test questions being leaked.
