The Jinju Namgang Lantern Festival 2025 is one of Korea’s most enchanting cultural celebrations. From October 4 to October 19, 2025, the historic Jinju Fortress and the Namgang River will sparkle with over 70,000 lanterns, dazzling drone shows, fireworks, and countless hands-on activities.
This year’s theme, “The River of History, Holds Peace,” honors the patriotism of the Imjin War era while embracing modern creativity. Visitors can enjoy immersive experiences with glowing lanterns, 3D holograms, fantasy zones, and interactive exhibits for all ages.
