🍂 A Peaceful Autumn Walk in a Sejong Apartment Garden — Korean Apartment Life
One thing I love most about living in Sejong is the way First Village slowly transforms in autumn.
The moment I step outside my door, warm sunlight, rustling leaves, and the soft autumn air greet me like a quiet welcome.
Unlike many apartment complexes, First Village is known for its wide spacing between buildings and small gardens and parks woven throughout the neighborhood.
A simple walk inside the complex feels like strolling through a calm, beautifully planned community park.
🍁 1. Cozy Courtyard — Where the Season Glows the Brightest
Instead of having one large garden, First Village has small landscaped courtyards shared by each cluster of three or four buildings.
One of these cozy gardens sits right outside my front door, so the moment I step out, I’m greeted by colorful trees and soft seasonal light.
In autumn, these mini courtyards glow with red maple and golden ginkgo leaves, creating tiny forest-like pockets of warmth between the buildings.
First Village truly feels like a garden community.
Throughout the complex, small landscaped spaces, benches under ginkgo trees, and quiet rest areas appear unexpectedly.
In autumn, layers of yellow, orange, and red leaves create the feeling of a tiny seasonal escape—
a reminder that you don’t need to travel far to enjoy the beauty of fall.

🍂 2. Walking Paths Around First Village — A Perfect Mix of Sky and Color
The walking paths surrounding First Village are one of my favorite parts.
Thanks to the wide-open layout, the sky feels bigger, the light falls beautifully between buildings,
and the rows of trees along the paths turn into a soft, colorful trail in autumn.
On sunny days, the shadows and sunlight create shapes and patterns that make even everyday moments look like a scene from a postcard.

🍁 3. The Autumn Road by the National Tax Service — One of Sejong’s Clearest Skies
Near the entrance to First Village, the road by the National Tax Service Building is especially stunning in fall.
The combination of a wide-open sky and bright golden leaves makes this area glow.
I often find myself stopping, just to take in the colors—
sunlight passing through the leaves, falling softly onto the pavement like watercolor.

🍁 Ending Today’s Walk – Korean Apartment Life
Even though the peak of the foliage has passed, First Village still looked warm and beautiful today.
You don’t always need a famous destination for autumn—
sometimes, the scenery right around you is more than enough.
Next time, I’ll share Sejong’s café streets, the fall paths around the Government Complex, and scenic walks near the national research district.
